I’m a former Royal Navy Weapons Engineer who founded Assure Technical in 2011 to provide organisations with the technical security confidence and protection they deserve.

I’ve spent my career solving complex challenges and creating practical, people-first solutions. I enjoy working directly with clients to understand and fix what keeps them awake at night.

When I’m not immersed in cybersecurity, I’m renovating my boat, ready for my next family adventure. For me, it’s about balance: protecting what matters and enjoying life to the full.

As Co-Founder, I have helped shape Assure Technical from day one. From the outset, my focus has been on implementing industry best practice and ensuring our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

I’m really proud of our reputation, our team, and the values-based culture we have created together.  Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family, travelling, and practising yoga to stay balanced.

As Client Services Manager, I focus on ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every organisation we work with. I’m passionate about understanding our clients’ needs across different sectors and guiding them through the right cybersecurity solutions to support their business goals.

With over ten years of relationship management experience, I champion a customer-first approach – offering practical insight, clear recommendations and ongoing support. I enjoy bringing positivity, problem-solving and a genuine commitment to client success to everything I do.

My role at Assure Technical is to work with organisations to improve their cyber strategy and resilience, helping them understand where their real risks lie. I get a real buzz from digging into how a business operates, uncovering the ‘unknown unknowns’, and finding practical ways to close the gaps.

After more than 20 years in the industry, cybersecurity still brings out the geek in me. I love working with a wide range of organisations, because no two environments are ever the same and every engagement needs a bespoke approach.

In a technical industry, clear communication is everything. I lead our marketing strategy to ensure Assure Technical’s voice is not only heard but trusted. My goal is to showcase how our services protect businesses and fuel their growth, ensuring our messaging is always transparent and impactful.

I work hand-in-hand with our team and industry partners to deliver long-term value and keep our strategic objectives aligned.

Beyond the desk I stay active outside of work by playing hockey and spending time outdoors with my dog.
