Assure Technical Signs Armed Forces Covenant Pledge

We are delighted to announce that Assure Technical has pledged it’s support to the Armed Forces Covenant.  This represents our promise to support veterans, serving personnel and their families.

Peter Rucinski, Founder and Managing Director at Assure Technical, is a veteran himself.  He has first-hand experience of the challenges that individuals face when leaving the armed forces to pursue a career in industry.

‘We understand and value to transferrable skills that are gained during a military career and wholeheartedly support individuals on this journey.’

‘It can be difficult to know how to apply the skills gained within the military.  All too often, individuals transitioning into the civilian sector under sell themselves when seeking employment. Veterans joining Assure Technical will receive training and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential within our company’.

‘We won’t stop at supporting ex-service personnel.  Employees serving in the Territorial Army and  Cadet Force volunteers will be afforded flexibility and support in order to carry out their commitments.’

‘We also understand the sacrifices and unique circumstances that armed forces spouses and partners face.  That’s why we are are fully committed to supporting our employees in this situation too.’
