Marketing Manager - Cyber Security

Location: Malvern, Worcestershire

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonus and benefits.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Manager to join our team and take our brand to the next level.

Role Overview: 

As a successful B2B Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our marketing strategy, responsible for promoting our services and strengthening our brand presence in the market. You will lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, manage digital marketing initiatives, and drive demand generation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and targets.
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, PPC, and SEO.
  • Create and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, case studies, events, and more, to engage and educate our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and support sales enablement efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Track and analyse marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimise ROI.
  • Oversee external agencies and vendors to deliver effective marketing campaigns.
  • Line management responsibility for Digital Marketing Specialist

Essentials Requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade 5 or above), or equivalent
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • 5+ years of proven Marketing experience, with 2+ years in a B2B management position
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Experience in managing budgets and maximising ROI on marketing spend.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Based within commuting distance from Malvern
  • Personal interest in cybersecurity and tech.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant IT/marketing qualifications
  • Tech or cybersecurity sector experience
  • Full clean driving licence
