As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.
Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our online presence and lead generation efforts. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on driving engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Monitor and optimise website performance, ensuring best practices in SEO to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media posts, landing pages, and email newsletters.
- Analyse campaign performance data and generate reports to track key metrics, such as ROI, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling digital assets, including graphics, videos, and infographics.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, building a community of engaged followers.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.
Essential Requirements:
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade 5 or above), or equivalent
- Educated to A Level or equivalent
- 2+ years of proven B2B experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media advertising, and email marketing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make commercially sound, data-driven decisions.
- Experience of using CMS platforms, CRM software and AI
- Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to problem solve, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Based within commuting distance from Malvern
- Personal interest in cybersecurity and tech.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Educated to Degree level
- Relevant IT/marketing qualifications
- Tech or cybersecurity sector experience
- Full clean driving licence
