Purpose of the Role:

As a key member of our close-knit team, you will support the sales and marketing manager in building brand awareness, driving sales leads, and maximising Assure Technicals’ renewal and retention strategy.

Position Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Location:

Office-based in Malvern with the option to work 1 day a week from home once you are settled into the role.
There will be a requirement to attend events and customer locations across the UK and overseas as required.

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct sales and customer relationship activity with a primary focus on Cyber Essentials but with exposure to our other lines of services
  • Be the lead contact for our pre-sales customer service responses
  • Provide sales advice throughout the full customer lifecycle
  • Be proactive in identifying upsell opportunities
  • Manage your own pipeline of activities
  • Achieve a consistently high level of customer service
  • Support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual financial targets.
  • Work effectively with our Partners to strengthen relationships
  • Proficient at LinkedIn communications
  • Be a brand ambassador at Networking events
  • Ensure that the Hubspot CRM database is accurate and up-to-date
  • Create sales quotes in Xero
  • Support the wider business as required to enable growth and success

Training:

Assure Technical is committed to investing in the development of its people. As well as on-the-
job training, there is potential for successful candidates to undertake relevant courses for
professional development.

Salary Range:  £ 25k- £30k + Bonus – depending on experience

You are based within commuting distance of Malvern, UK.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade 4 or above including English and Maths.
  • 3 years experience in professional business services sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent sales skills and a passion for a career in Cyber Security
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint (or Google equivalent)
  • Full clean driving licence and personal vehicle

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

Experience of using Hubspot CRM

Experience of generating quotes in Xero

Sales or business qualifications

A Level or equivalent qualifications
