Sales Account Manager

Location: Malvern, Worcestershire

Purpose of the Role:

A key member of our management team and a sales professional, responsible for building brand
awareness, driving leads and managing customer lifetime value to support our continuing business
growth locally as well as nationally.Be the first point of contact for new enquiries and acting on generated leads. Maintaining and retaining the existing customer base and selling additional or upgraded solutions where appropriate.

Position will have a retention target and a growth target attached to it, which will be supported by marketing activity and encouragement to respond to tenders, grant-managed schemes and strategic partner growth.

Once you fully understand the needs of our business, you will be confident in proposing and the
delivering the best solutions to support our expansion.

About You:

You are based within an hour commute of Malvern or planning to relocate and have a minimum 2
years’ experience of working in a B2B sales capacity preferably within IT/Cyber Security or similar
technology based areas. We are a service solutions provider and it would be beneficial if you have
experience of selling services or software products.

You are highly motivated and positive, possessing excellent interpersonal skills which you use to
deliver quality and success across whatever you do in line with our core Company Values.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the potential to speak authoritatively
with clients about cyber security.

You act with integrity and have a pragmatic, solutions-based response to challenges.

You are able to work independently with little supervision once trained in Assure Technical services
and solutions, and are motivated to deliver excellent customer service to our clients focusing on
quality sales and retention.
