Job Summary:

This role is a strategic senior position within the business with prime responsibility for management of
the Service Delivery Team and interfacing with other business areas such as sales & marketing and
HR. You will work closely with the Directors to create a more efficient, effective and productive
The role will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Planning, scheduling and coordination of all service delivery operations
  • Maintain effective communication across departments
  • Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures
  • Support strategic business planning activity
  • Managing team performance by way of regular reviews, training plans and client feedback
  • Coordination of team training and development
  • Engaging HR as required
  • Leadership and management of business operations

About You:

You are based within one hour commute of Malvern or have plans to relocate.

You will have 2 or more years of proven success in an operations/delivery management role and
proven leadership capability with 1-3 years of people management experience.

You are highly motivated and positive, possessing excellent interpersonal skills which you use to
deliver quality and success across whatever you do in line with our Company Values.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the potential to speak authoritatively
with clients about our products and services.

You act with integrity and have a pragmatic, solutions-based response to challenges.

Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organisational control of delivery operations and customer service.
